Forging Changing Building and Creating
Jenny's Well Parking and Drop-Off Zone - Please help keep our young football players safe at Jenny's Well!
It's everyone's responsibility to ensure a safe environment at Jenny's Well Playing Field!
This includes how parents 'Drop-Off' their footballers and how Coaches set up their sessions.
At any given coaching, training or other Club event - the first coach to arrive should collect the keys for the containers from the Grounds Convenor (please do not send any players along to collect, they will be refused)
On opening the containers, the yellow police cones should be placed at the entrance to Jenny's Well at the junction of Todholm Road and Whinhill Road - yellow painted dots on the kerb-side, indicate where the cones go!
This area is to be kept clear as a Drop-Off Zone only! No parking on the grass verge! No parking on the pavements!
- these are for pedestrians and more importantly, disabled and cycle route access. Parents should be encouraged to park on the hillside.
Please be mindful that people live here and the Club wants to keep it's relationship with local residents & tenants on good terms.
Players under Parents supervision can help put these traffic cones out as part of your 'warm-up' encouraging good road safety at the same time!
The alternative is to go play and pay elsewhere – we all have a responsibility to use the facilities appropriately, or lose it!
